i am a Special Olympics athlete who has lived and dealt with a disability all my life and have since then been trying to reach out to others and touch their hearts so that they can be more understanding of the special people around them. to the people with disabilities, i would just like to say that it is okay to dream--so dream big and it is normal to want to be accepted because i feel that way all the time. Don't let anything hold you back from dreaming big and wishing hopefully, even if they don't work out right away, they will in the end.
